Capricorn goat cheese wrapped in thinly sliced bacon & roasted, served on a tomato & walnut salad with chive dressing.

ROASTED VEGETABLE TOWER
Aubergine, courgette red onion & peppers roasted in olive oil with a little garlic, Topped with Black forest ham & parmesan shavings.

CONFIT OF DUCK
Warm duck confit served on a salad of seasonal leaves & cucumbers, with toasted hazelnuts & sweet & sour dressing.

SMOKED SALMON & GREEN PEA TART
Cooked in short pastry, set with yoghurt & eggs, served with dilled cucumbers.

ROASTED HALLOUMI
Sliced roasted halloumi with roasted tomatoes, rocket & topped with Serrano ham.

SAUSAGE & PEA SALAD
Cumberland sausage served on a fresh pea salad with spring onions & parsley with mustard dressing.

Roasted tomatoes with flaked smoked mackerel fillet, mozzarella fresh lemon & dill dressing.

TWICE BAKED BLUE CHEESE SOUFFLE
Twice baked blue cheese soufflé, served with Rocket and fresh tomato coulis.

TUSCAN ROASTED PEPPERS
Red & yellow peppers roasted with garlic, tomatoes, anchovies olives, paprika & anchovies, topped with parmesan shavings.

ASPARAGUS MILLE FEUILLE
Spears of fresh asparagus with roasted sweet potato, served between puff pastry layers with beurre blanc.
